-of jacquard embroidered silk and cotton; highly unusual vest
-have done a reverse search; can’t find anywhere but based on tag, believed to be 2000-2010 between; definitely of the main collection line since not red label but that distinctive white-vanilla yellow label coloring 
-back has little flaps for a flared effect with a poofy skirt; shoulder accentuated with waist snatched, honestly can’t ask for a more WOW! Vintage Vivienne Westwood top 
Errors: 2
-the black lace up cord is frayed as shown in pic 3; can be easily replaced and most likely isn’t the original one anyways based on the color scheming, however it was the one that came with it in storage according to original owner 
-a rivet hole is missing; again, can barely notice it and doesn’t affect the overall appearance of this beautiful, mismatched coloring of design 
-brand tag has two holes at top as shown in pic 2
